All my products are created by me;
The cross stitch patterns are sent via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Due to their digital nature I will not make refunds on these products;
All other physical type of products can only be returned if there is fault, I check them before posting them so this should not occur. But if it does you can return them within 7 days of receipt, you will have to pay for the return postage though.
